Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for helping others? Join our dynamic IT team as a Senior IT Support Specialist and play a key role in supporting enterprise systems, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring seamless technology operations across the organization.

πŸ”§ What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to advanced (Level III) help desk requests and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Support and maintain our Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, including configuration, patching, and daily operations.
  • Monitor and maintain enterprise backups, including SQL databases.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software using automation tools.
  • Proactively monitor systems and respond to alerts and issues.
  • Document processes and procedures for continuity and disaster recovery.
  • Participate in system upgrades, maintenance, and on-call rotations.

βœ… What You Bring:

  • Associate’s degree in IT or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of PCs, desktop applications, and user equipment.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with voice, data, and voicemail systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Valid Arizona driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel across Southern Arizona.
