Join Our Team as an IT Support Specialist!

Are you passionate about technology and love solving problems? Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona is looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic Information Technology team!

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and supporting a wide range of tech—from desktops and point-of-sale systems to printers and VoIP phones. You’ll help keep our systems running smoothly and ensure our team has the tools they need to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to Level 1 help desk requests and escalate as needed
  • Maintain and image computers, support Active Directory
  • Perform preventative maintenance and run antivirus/malware tools
  • Manage VoIP accounts, printer access, and mobile devices
  • Document processes for continuity and disaster recovery
  • Participate in on-call rotation and travel across Southern Arizona

What You Bring:

  • Associate’s degree in IT or 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of PCs, applications, and hardware
  • Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and VoIP systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Valid AZ driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel
