Description
  • The primary responsibility is user support. Being able to quickly diagnose and understand technical issues and resolutions.
  • Utilize help desk application to track/update tickets and meet SLA’s.
  • PC/laptop configuration and troubleshooting. Includes imaging and rollout.
  • Software/application setup and support.
  • VPN and remote user support.
Requirements
  • Familiar with Windows 11 Professional. MS Office 365. WIFI.
  • Certifications are a plus.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with others.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • This is an in-office role. The candidate should be comfortable collaborating with various teams overseas.
