Prestige Capital Group is looking for a talented and experienced IT Support Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technological infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Support and a passion for problem-solving which will enable you to manage the day-to-day IT Operations for all our locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for all hardware and software systems, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, network infrastructure and security cameras.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of all IT equipment.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for system vendors and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Support.
  • Proven experience with POS Systems, network administration and hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
