About the Role
We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our growing team and play a hands‑on role in supporting our day‑to‑day IT operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career IT professional who enjoys working directly with people, managing technology assets, and serving as a key connector between internal teams and external IT partners.
In this role, you’ll support a mix of onsite and remote employees across the organization, help manage and track company‑issued equipment, provide first‑line support for common office technologies, and coordinate with external service providers to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
What You’ll Do

- Provide basic technical support for common office systems, including laptops/desktops, printers, phones, etc.
- Support Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Assist with user account setup, access changes, and MFA support using Microsoft Entra ID and Duo
- Act as a point of coordination or escalation with external IT service providers (managed support, hosting, etc.)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure employees have the right tools on day one (and equipment is recovered when they leave)
- Maintain accurate documentation related to equipment, procedures, and common issues
- Deliver professional, patient support to users at all levels of the company, with varying levels of technical familiarity
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in IT support, service desk, or desktop support roles
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 in a business environment
- Familiarity with identity and access concepts (e.g., user accounts, MFA, permissions)
- Comfort working with a variety of hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
- Experience supporting both onsite and remote users
- Strong communication skills and a service‑first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow issues through to resolution
- Reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing organization
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Duo MFA, or device management tools
- Experience working alongside managed service providers or external IT vendors
- Basic understanding of networking, printers, or basic office systems
- Familiarity with ticketing or work management systems (tool‑agnostic)
Why Join Us
- Be part of a lean, fast-growing, data‑driven organization
- Gain broad exposure across IT operations, end‑user support, and vendor coordination
- Position to build a strong foundation and grow with the organization
- Work onsite with a collaborative team and see firsthand how technology supports the business
