What you'll do:

• Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Log and manage tickets through a help desk system
• Escalate complex issues and document resolutions

What you bring:

• 2+ years of help desk or IT support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business apps
• CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
