    Salary Range: $68,557- $83,494

    Position Description:

    Candidates selected to fill the Help Desk Technician role at Wayzata Public Schools will provide district-wide support for technology hardware and software while maintaining a high level of customer service.  This work includes, but is not limited to: problem-solving district-wide hardware and software issues; implementing new hardware and software; maintaining hardware and software; repairing and servicing technology equipment; and testing and implementing software and hardware associated with curriculum.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a minimum of 2 years post-secondary education, along with 2 years of related hardware/software support experience
    • Possess excellent customer service skills
    • Ticketing and project management experience
    • Previous experience with educational technology applications
    • Strong critical thinking skills
    • Must have a valid driver's license to travel between schools
