The Senior IT Support Specialist serves as the primary on-site IT resource for the company's Pinellas Park facility while supporting users, systems, and technology operations across multiple business locations. This role is responsible for maintaining reliable, secure, and efficient technology systems while providing responsive support to both on-site and remote employees throughout the organization.
Working closely with the IT Lead, this position supports a broad range of technology functions including end-user support, systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure projects, vendor coordination, and continuous technology improvement initiatives.
