Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional support? We're looking for a Senior IT Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic and growing accounting firm. In this role, you'll be a key player in maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our IT systems while providing top-tier support to our internal team.

As a senior technician, you'll handle Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, manage Microsoft 365 services (including Entra ID, Defender, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint), and oversee endpoint security using tools like NinjaOne and Huntress. You'll also lead onboarding/offboarding processes, manage device configurations, and contribute to IT projects and documentation.

We're seeking someone with:

  • 4+ years of IT support experience (2+ in a senior/lead role)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management
  • Experience with RMM and EDR tools (NinjaOne, Huntress)
  • Strong networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications include certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+, and experience in professional services or compliance-driven environments.
