Job Description:
About Farragut Square Group
Farragut Square Group is a healthcare research and advisory firm serving private equity sponsors, institutional investors, and healthcare corporates. Our expertise lies in regulatory analysis, compliance risk assessment, and operational due diligence—particularly in the context of complex healthcare transactions.
We don’t just assess risk—we help our clients move fast, scale smart, and stay compliant.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you’ll be on the frontlines of healthcare compliance—helping rapidly growing practices and investor-backed platforms build scalable, audit-ready programs. You’ll lead reviews, shape strategic initiatives, and serve as a key voice in helping clients navigate risk in fast-moving environments.
This role is ideal for someone who’s spent the past few years in the trenches of healthcare compliance—within a PE-backed group or hospital—and is now ready to step into a strategic, client-facing role with room to grow.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead compliance audits for provider organizations and platforms using the OIG’s Seven Elements Framework.
- Evaluate and elevate compliance programs for acquisition targets in high-velocity M&A environments.
- Structure and then conduct fact-finding interviews with clients to assess compliance culture, practices, and program effectiveness.
- Develop corrective action plans and track implementation across diverse care settings.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, compliance officers, and investors.
- Partner with internal teams to refine tools and methodologies that scale with client growth.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in healthcare compliance, auditing, or advisory—ideally within a PE-backed practice, MSO, or hospital setting.
- A practical grasp of compliance operations: HIPAA, the False Claims Act, CMS, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Confidence to own a project and guide a client, backed by sound judgment and real-world experience.
- Energy and agility—you’re comfortable with changing priorities and solving problems in real time.
- A strong communicator who can deliver clear, concise, and actionable insights to C-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree required; CHC certification or advanced degree is a plus.
What You’ll Gain
- A seat at the table with top healthcare investors and operators.
- Fast-paced, high-visibility work that has direct impact on deal flow and operations.
- A collaborative team that values clarity, candor, and excellence.
- The chance to grow quickly—in responsibility, in influence, and in subject matter depth.
If you’re looking to step out of the day-to-day operations and into a role where your compliance expertise drives strategy, let’s talk.
