We are seeking a Part-Time IT Support Specialist to assist with the setup and maintenance of technology devices in our office and offsite locations. This role will also involve onboarding new employees by preparing their laptops and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary software and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and configure technology devices, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
Assist with the onboarding process for new employees by preparing and configuring laptops.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assist in ordering new devices as needed.
This job will potentially lead to a full-time position.
Education Requirements:
Minimum of aΒ high school diplomaΒ or equivalent (TASC/GED).
Completion of at leastΒ one year of college courseworkΒ in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
Skills and Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
