Manufacturing IT Support Engineer
Responsible for setup and first line of support for Lowell site’s
manufacturing IT hardware and software needs and also for driving continuous
improvement to the operations systems. The IT Support
Administrator will provide sustaining support of factory computer and
tablet-based workstations and software. This role will partner with
operations and IT to troubleshoot and drive resolution of issues to support
efficient manufacturing. This role will also coordinate with factory management
to coordinate hardware/software updates. This is a dynamic role, often changing
‘hats’ daily to support various team needs.
