Job Title: Level II Helpdesk Technician
Location: East Quogue, NY Onsite Full time
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. ET, with one evening IT support meeting per month. Overtime is paid for the additional evening hours worked.

Acture Solutions is seeking a Level II Network & Systems Technician to join our Onsite Services team supporting a public-sector client on Eastern Long Island. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced desktop support professional looking to expand their systems and network administration skills while working alongside a collaborative team of senior engineers. Every day brings something different—from supporting end users and managing Microsoft 365 to troubleshooting network issues, deploying new devices, and participating in infrastructure improvement projects. As the primary onsite technology resource, you'll provide technical support for end users while assisting with the administration and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure.
