This Junior position is based in Longueuil, Quebec, Canada, our customer is a world leader in cloud computing. Your day-to-day will be answering and connecting with customers having some kind of issues with their cloud products; via email or phone, you will deal autonomously (after 6 weeks of paid training) solve their issues as quickly as possible. Genuine interest in the ITs field, knowledge in cloud-computing is not necessary but strongly looked upon.



Requirements

What will make you an expert on this specific job:

  • Take all the necessary steps to resolve technical issues: figure out the cause, support the client remotely by using virtual machines, find solutions and deliver the winning recipe.     

  • Use your solid customer service skills. We always put our partners' happiness first.

  • Offer technical support to business clients all over the world. Your clients are IT professionals.

  • Provide support for a large variety of products, notably Office 365.

  • Confront new technical issues every single day, from changing a password to migrating 200 users in a hybrid setup, and be the contact person to solve them.


Your general profile :

  • Interest in ITs is crucial.

  • DES or DEP with a marked interest for information technologies.

  • AEC or DEC in Computer Science is an asset.

  • Experience in taking care of customers in a rapidly moving environment.

  • Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written, is essential.

  • Available for varying work shifts (days, evenings, nights and weekends). On a positive note, you will work the same shift every day.
