Jr. IT Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

The Jr. IT Support Analyst will be responsible for the support and maintenance of computer-related equipment and software applications during the duration of the W11 25H2 deployment project. Responsibilities include and are not limited to scheduling with employees, imaging computers, ensuring user data is properly backed up, and assisting users with set-up.

Functions

• Set up, image, configure and maintain company desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
• Assist with the configuring, testing, and troubleshooting network connectivity for local computers.
• Maintain a safe and clean IT working environment.

Reporting Relationship: Reports to IT Manager

REQUIRED Qualifications

• Have knowledge of: Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid U.S. driver's' license
• High School diploma or GED

DESIRED

• A+ Certification
• Experience imaging and managing a large computer fleet using tools such as Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune and Active Directory.
