Salary: $45,000 -$55,000 + Benefits

IT Support Technician (MSP Environment) Description
Our client, a managed IT services provider, is seeking an IT Support Technician to join their Florence, KY team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is looking to build hands-on experience across Microsoft environments, end-user support, and exposure to networking and infrastructure within a structured, team-oriented MSP environment. In this role, you’ll support end users across a variety of small-to-mid-sized business clients while developing your technical skill set through real-world troubleshooting, mentorship, and exposure to more advanced systems over time. Success in this role is defined by curiosity, problem-solving ability, strong communication, and a willingness to learn – not having all the answers on day one. IT Support Technician (MSP Environment) Responsibilities
• Support Microsoft 365 user setup, password resets, permissions, and basic troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot and help resolve issues related to email, file access, and login credentials
• Assist with Active Directory / Entra ID user account management
• Support VPN and basic connectivity issues
• Document and resolve tickets
• Escalate server, networking, and security issues
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to resolve technical issues
IT Support Technician (MSP Environment) Qualifications
• 1+ years of IT support experience, internship, or relevant hands-on training required
• Exposure to at least one of the following:
o Microsoft 365 / Windows environments / general desktop support
o Active Directory (user/account management)
o Basic networking concepts (VPN, DNS, connectivity troubleshooting)
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills required
• Comfortable asking questions and working through unfamiliar problems
