IT Support Specialist Description

Our client, a global leader in industrial manufacturing and supply chain solutions, is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to support a global employee base across the US, Europe, and Asia. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be the go-to resource for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll work across a broad tech stack—primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem—supporting everything from user access and devices to critical business applications like Dynamics 365. This is more than just ticket-taking; you’ll own issues from start to finish, partner with internal teams, and play a key role in delivering a seamless IT experience across the organization. If you enjoy working directly with people, solving real-time problems, and being in the middle of the action, this role offers strong visibility, variety, and the opportunity to grow within a global IT environment.
