IT Support Technician

Job Summary: IT Support Technician

- Provide Tier 1–3 technical support to enterprise users
- Image, deploy, and maintain Windows, Mac, and Linux devices
- Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory
- Set up and support hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
- Oversee desktop lifecycle: provisioning, upgrades, and retirement
- Use ticketing systems to track and resolve support issues
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Maintain clear communication with users to ensure satisfaction
- Flexible work shifts: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM, on-site

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years in IT or desktop support roles
- Experience with OS imaging/deployment tools (SCCM, Intune, etc.)
- Proficiency with Active Directory and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred:
- A+/Network+ certification
- Linux experience
- Spanish-speaking skills
