We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Onsite IT Technician to provide technical support across four physical locations in the Wichita area. In this role, you'll be working in partnership with another technician to meet day-to-day IT needs, help employees resolve various technical issues, and ensure smooth operation of our systems. You will report directly to the offsite IT Director, who provides oversight and assistance with escalated issues. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing friendly, responsive service, is competent in a range of IT modalities, and sees IT as a customer service role.
