We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Monitor and maintain the company's network and servers
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new systems and upgrades
- Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Train employees on the use of new hardware and software
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and equipment
- Handle IT-related procurement and vendor management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with network troubleshooting and administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with IT security best practices
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
