IT Support Technician 1

IT Support position needed for critical access hospital. The support technician role will be primarily composed of providing end user support, performing ongoing tasks related to software, hardware, and user audits, providing support to other IT staff, managing help desk tickets, and 

Qualifications: Associates Level Degree or have completed 75% of course work required to complete degree. Experience with Microsoft Active Directory 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Triage help desk tickets and coordinate higher level activities.

• End User desktop support (Windows/ OSX).
• Review Perform system audits and results verification.
• Assist in creation and updating of organizational documentation.
• Assist in creation and updating of end user guides/tutorials.
• Securely wipe data from retired hardware.
• Monitor systems for alert conditions.
