IT Support & Systems Engineer

We are hiring an IT Support and Systems Engineer to join our growing team in our Denver Corporate Office.

The IT Support and Systems Engineer will work as part of a six-person IT department maintaining an increasingly cloud-based network and systems infrastructure, and help provide IT support for 300+ users - across both corporate offices in NY and Denver, as well as property leasing offices across the country. The ability to work independently and in a team environment are of utmost importance. The role you play in our company will depend largely on the skills, experience and interests you bring to the team.  This opportunity will report directly to the VP, Information Technology.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversight and administration of MAXX's Systems Infrastructure. Physical and Virtual. On-Prem and Cloud.
• Perform daily operational systems administration tasks supporting multi-site and corporate environments.
• Prioritize, diagnose and resolve IT HelpDesk tickets.
• Maintain, monitor and support networks and systems, performing various functions such as installations, upgrades/patches, monitoring and configuration management.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5 years of hands-on technology support or systems experience is preferred.
• An energetic IT professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• General PC hardware/software troubleshooting experience, to both in-person and remote users.
• Experience with Level 1 and Level 2 technical support in a corporate environment.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and triage technical issues.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Windows Management generally, InTune specifically, and Azure/Cloud Infrastructure operations all highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Office365/Teams/SharePoint features and technical architecture.
• Windows Server experience.
• General networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience (firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi, etc).
• Experience with phone systems (modern VoIP systems preferred).
