The IT Support Specialist Iβs scope includes providing technical support and assistance to departments, faculty, staff, and students with the use of software applications, customized applications, and websites, etc.As the IT Support Specialist, everyday you will:
- Provide support by conducting research, preparing reports, creating presentations, and coordinating efficiency within the Human Resources Systems team.
- Serve as the system administrator for the Campus Training Management System (TMS) which includes security access, technical support, training, and building and deployment of online content.
- Provides TMS system maintenance which includes upgrades, configuration, troubleshooting and user testing.
- Provide system support within the Human Resources department to include, system access, PC maintenance, and inventory.
Bachelorβs degree with coursework in computer science, MIS, IT, or other related area OR a combination of related education and/or experience.
