Support and assist in administration of all Computer, Network, and Telecom systems for the HomeFirst enterprise.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES
The I.T. Support Specialist provides hands-on and remote desktop, laptop, printer, hardware, and software support in a Windows network environment. They will troubleshoot hardware and software problems and document resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system. Travel to remote sites as required to perform onsite troubleshooting and support tasks. Provision and deploy new computer systems per defined standards. Maintain hardware asset inventory. Basic user administration of Active Directory, Office 365, and Okta user accounts. Perform additional responsibilities as required which includes writing documentation.
