Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a help desk or IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of network administration and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional.
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for IT-related issues via help desk tickets, phone calls, and in-person requests.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, including issues with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Exchange, and mobile devices.
  • Manage network connectivity and perform network administration tasks, including cabling and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new devices and software applications for employees.
  • Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.

Skills:
