The IT Support Specialist provides first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Responsibilities include responding to help desk tickets, offering remote and on-site assistance, maintaining and monitoring IT systems, creating documentation and training materials, and supporting IT security initiatives. Strong communication and collaboration with non-technical staff and team members is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent in IT or a related field.
  • Experience in help desk or technical support roles, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proficient with Windows and Mac systems, common healthcare applications, and IT troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving, customer service, and teamwork skills.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCDST are a plus.
