IT Support Specialist

This position installs, modifies and adjusts hardware and software systems, and provides technical advice and support to system users. Participate with all IT systems implementation and updates working closely with the IT teams in CMS North America, CMS, and SCM Group and their vendors.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist company in Cyber Security Safety and if needed compliance
• Diagnose, troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software and other IT equipment
• Install/replace equipment and move them throughout the facility.
• Support new systems implementation (ERP/CRM/CPQ); Assists in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users’ requirements.
• Provide internal help desk support and effectively communicate with end users to resolve issues.
• Load appropriate software packages, networking components and office applications.
• HW and IT Asset management keeping track of computer hardware inventory
• Support marketing web projects (google ads, lead gen, website, e-commerce)
• Server and active directory management (users, groups)
• Support the facilities’ (DMS Colorado / CMS NA Michigan) IT system integration
• Assists in supporting the networking environment for the company on a day-to-day basis
• Land phones and mobile phones management 
• Attend meetings with the Corporate IT groups in Italy, sister companies in USA
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

• A two-year degree in the field of information technology or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as IT support or related position
• Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or ERP Finance and Operation certification a plus
• Effective written and verbal communication skills are required
• Strong ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Lead projects from start to finish
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to travel to CMS North America in Grand Rapids, Michigan, as needed
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds regularly, lift and move 25 pounds frequently and occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs.
