The IT Support Specialist, as part of the End User Services Issue Resolution Team, will perform day-to-day operational maintenance, installation, and support of end user laptops and workstations. The IT Support Specialist will perform troubleshooting of hardware and software, and work with other members of the IT team on any complex issues they cannot resolve independently. They will monitor the Help Desk including e-mail requests, answering telephone calls, and ticket management.
The IT Support Specialist will monitor the condition of and provide initial tier 1 troubleshooting of IT department equipment at SPA's headquarters in Alexandria, VA. Examples include assisting users with connecting to SPA WiFi, using network printers, and connecting to conference room Audio Visual systems.
