The Corporate Office of Cipriani & Werner is currently seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist. This candidate must be highly motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team environment. The candidate will assist employees in daily IT needs, such as network issues, remote connection, phone system management, setting up new workstations and more. The candidate will also review and maintain the helpdesk portal tickets as well as our internal helpdesk tickets, while providing support via phone or teams. This candidate will also handle other Corporate tasks and assignments as need. This position may require travel to C&W offices as needed.
A high school diploma or GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 1-3 years of prior helpdesk experience required. Prior law firm IT experience preferred.
