Spectra Credit Union is seeking a tech-savvy, service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you’ll be the first line of support for our staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring seamless connectivity across all branches.

Whether you're assisting with remote diagnostics, setting up new equipment, or collaborating with colleagues to streamline help desk operations, your work will directly contribute to the success of our organization. Job Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Prior help desk or technical support experience is a plus, but not required.
• Hands-on experience through internships, school projects, or personal IT initiatives will be considered.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software applications.
• Experience or interest in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user management.
• Understanding of help desk ticketing systems and IT inventory management.

Core Competencies:

• Passion for solving technical problems and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel locally to support branch locations.
