Role Objective:
Provides first and second level of troubleshooting in resolving problems. Use Jira Service Management software to document and escalate issues to additional support teams.

Compensation: Approximately $60,000 - $75,000. We believe in valuing candidates' time by creating a transparent process including sharing salary ranges in all states regardless of local laws. Salary offers will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities.
