Location: Lake Geneva & Elkhorn, WI (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm, Standard Business Hours

Medicoil, a leader in precision medical manufacturing, is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support across our local facilities. What You’ll Do:
As the first line of support, you’ll work closely with team members to resolve a variety of IT issues—keeping operations running smoothly and securely. Reporting to the IT Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to help desk tickets, emails, and calls to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Supporting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other hardware.
• Assisting with user account setups, hardware/software installations, and system updates.
• Preparing and maintaining IT equipment for new hires and terminations.
• Managing inventory and documenting support procedures in the knowledge base.
• Escalating complex technical issues as needed and supporting IT compliance standards.

What You Bring:

• Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and computer hardware.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to support users at all technical levels.
• A team-oriented, service-minded approach with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of help desk or IT support experience (internships or school-related work count).

Additional Details:

• This is a fully on-site role supporting 3 local facilities. Primarily location is Lake Geneva, WI.
• May occasionally require after-hours assistance.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. for equipment setup and maintenance.
