Are You Our Next IT Support Specialist?

At Anteris, we're looking for a talented IT Support Specialist to join our growing team and serve as one of the first points of contact for our clients' technology needs. This role is at the heart of what we do: helping organizations operate securely, efficiently, and reliably through exceptional technology support and expertise.

As an IT Support Specialist, you'll work with a diverse range of clients, technologies, and environments. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, support users and systems, and help ensure our clients can focus on their businesses without technology getting in the way. Every day brings new challenges, opportunities to learn, and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

We're seeking someone who is passionate about technology, committed to continuous learning, and eager to grow their expertise through hands-on experience and professional certifications. Just as importantly, we're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates emotional intelligence, and approaches both teammates and clients with humility, professionalism, and respect.

At Anteris, we believe our success starts with our people. We value individuals who support one another, contribute positively to the team, and genuinely care about helping others succeed.

What Your Typical Week Will Look Like

  • Provide frontline support through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Perform day-to-day maintenance and administration of client IT environments.
  • Monitor and manage system patching, backups, and infrastructure health.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues across a variety of platforms.
  • Travel occasionally to client locations for installations, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting (including intrastate travel as needed).
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure 24/7 client support (currently averaging one week every 4–5 weeks).
  • Occasionally work evenings or weekends to accommodate client needs or scheduled project work.

Qualifications

We welcome candidates from a variety of technical backgrounds. Certifications, formal education, and prior IT experience are all valuable, but we're most interested in individuals who are curious, customer-focused, and eager to learn.

The ideal candidate will have experience or familiarity with some of the following technologies and concepts:

  • Windows desktop and server environments
  • Active Directory user and computer management
  • Basic DNS and domain concepts
  • Microsoft 365 administration and end-user support
  • Remote access and remote support tools
  • User account provisioning and password management
  • Basic Group Policy concepts
  • Storage and backup technologies
  • VMware and virtualization fundamentals
  • Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, and wireless connectivity)
  • Cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection solutions
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to document issues, resolutions, and procedures clearly

Why Join Anteris?

Finding the right fit matters for both you and us.

At Anteris, we believe great technical skills are only part of what makes someone successful. The most successful team members are curious, accountable, adaptable, and committed to serving both their teammates and clients well. They take ownership of challenges, continue learning, communicate effectively, and approach their work with humility and professionalism.

We work with a wide variety of clients and technologies, which means you'll have opportunities to expand your skills, solve meaningful problems, and make a direct impact every day. If you're someone who enjoys learning, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service, you'll find plenty of opportunities to grow here.
