Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Sarasota, Florida!

Our corporate office in Sarasota, FL is looking for a responsible, self-motivated IT Support Specialist to undertake a variety of IT duties. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication.
Pay, Schedule, and Location
- $50,000 - $55,000/annually, depending on experience.
- Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision.
- Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., must be available after hours based on needs.
- Located in Sarasota, Florida
Responsibilities/Duties
- Tier 1 support for company IT systems.
- Track assets and organize asset management systems.
- Run and distribute reports to teams as scheduled.
- Working knowledge of iOS, Windows 11, MacOS, & Google Workspace.
- Organize and manage vendor contacts.
- Answer calls and emails to the IT Department in a timely manner.
- On-Site workstation setup - travel to branches & client sites required.
- Employee onboarding - Account and hardware setup.
- Employee offboarding - Account deactivation, hardware returns, & managing inventory platform.
- New Hire training - Assist on day one with logging in, navigating our systems, & introducing department to new employees.
- Own IT tickets as submitted - Zendesk experience helpful.
- Travel out of state for branch/on-site visits for IT assessments required.
- Assist employees through problem-solving processes.
- Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

- Ensure proper documentation of issues and processes.
- Keeps up to date with current updates regarding relevant systems and processes; shares these updates with the rest of the team in an organized manner.

- Contribute to ongoing IT projects and implementations, as needed.
- Participate in a weekly department meeting, communicate new platform updates, and come prepared with any applicable questions.
- Participate in job-specific training and grow your knowledge of IT best practices, new procedures, products and services.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Attention to Detail & Organization: High attention to detail, planning/organizing, prioritizing projects, and highly organized with a high sense of urgency.
- Customer Service & Troubleshooting: Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills, with 1 year+ customer service experience.
- IT Experience: Experience or education in IT, 1 year minimum.
- Networking: Basic working knowledge of networking is a plus.
- Communication: Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users and professionals.
- Confidentiality: Understand the importance of and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Platform Experience: iOS troubleshooting & set-up experience. Google Workspace & Admin experience is a plus.
- Teamwork: Works well as a team, balances team and individual responsibilities, gives and welcomes feedback, and contributes to a positive team spirit.
