We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Manager to lead Sevaroโs internal and external IT support operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the reliability, security, and performance of our telehealth systems and internal infrastructure, while managing a growing support team that ensures seamless technology experiences for clinicians, hospitals, and Sevaro employees. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience supporting healthcare or telehealth technology environments.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Lead Sevaroโs IT support operations and oversee all aspects of help desk performance, system administration, and technical troubleshooting.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Manage and mentor IT support specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Oversee the configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT assets including laptops, telehealth devices, and network infrastructure.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues impacting internal teams or clinical systems.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Collaborate with engineering, implementation, and clinical teams to ensure technology readiness and reliability for telehealth service delivery.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Establish and maintain IT policies, standard operating procedures, and documentation to support scalability and compliance.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Monitor system performance, security, and uptime, ensuring proactive incident response and issue prevention.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Partner with leadership to plan and execute IT projects that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Bachelorโs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย 5+ years of IT support or systems management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls), system administration, and cloud-based tools.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Experience managing IT support for distributed or remote workforces.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Strong understanding of security best practices and data protection standards (HIPAA experience strongly preferred).
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Experience in healthcare or telehealth IT environments.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice).
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or similar cloud environments.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Demonstrated experience implementing automation or workflow optimization in IT operations.
