OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support & Business Systems Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role that combines hands-on IT support with exposure to strategic technology initiatives.
This role supports the day-to-day reliability of our IT systems while also assisting with enterprise projects such as ERP system enhancements, cloud initiatives, workflow automation, and cross-functional technology improvements.
This position is well suited for someone early in their career who is interested in growing beyond traditional IT support and gaining experience in business systems, process improvement, and enterprise technology projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Support & Daily Operations
- Respond to and resolve user IT support requests related to hardware, software, system access, and general technical issues.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities including equipment setup and system access.
- Maintain IT documentation, system inventories, and knowledge base materials.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors or service providers when escalation is required.
- Help ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed across the organization.
Business Systems & Project Support
- Support enterprise IT initiatives including ERP system improvements and cloud migration efforts.
- Assist in scheduling stakeholder meetings and documenting discussions and action items.
- Document business processes and create workflow diagrams.
- Track project tasks, timelines, and follow-ups to help keep initiatives on schedule.
- Assist with system testing (UAT) and issue documentation during system upgrades or implementations.
- Help serve as a liaison between business users and IT resources.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business workflows.
- Support system optimization efforts to increase efficiency and reduce redundancy.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and tools that support process improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, systems coordination, or related role preferred.
- Strong interest in enterprise systems, process improvement, and technology-driven solutions.
- Manufacturing or operational business experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, Salesforce, Box preferred
