Job Description
·         Provide phone support for hardware, software, peripherals, and network equipment
·         Install and configure software, printer/scanner drivers, utilities, etc. to be utilized on remote workstations
·         Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems
·         Configure new computers for remote locations. Then ship the systems to the sites and provide phone support for migrating data and setting up the new computer.
·         Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues
·         Respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support
·         Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution
·         Provide phone-based support to personnel having varying levels of IT proficiency
·         Provide recommendations for new equipment purchases
