About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic IT Helpdesk team. This part-time position is ideal for students or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in technical support, systems administration, and cybersecurity tools. Youβll work directly with experienced IT professionals and gain exposure to real-world technology projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This role requires an in-person commitment, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule of approximately 16β24 hours per week between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Weβre happy to accommodate class schedules or other commitments.

Compensation & Benefits: This position offers an hourly rate of $17.00 to $22.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. Part-time employees are eligible for PTO, sick leave, holiday pay, bereavement leave, 401(k), and Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The posted salary range reflects the base pay for this position.
