Description
Responsible for company helpdesk technical support, proficient in installing Windows/macOS systems.
Familiar with the M365 platform, Exchange, Intune, Teams, and Azure AD.
Proficient in common office network routing and switch configurations.
Able to communicate with employees in English and provide basic technical support.
Responsible for group asset management, device recovery and distribution during employee onboarding and offboarding.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferred in Computer Science or related fields.
Proficient in M365-related technologies, familiar with Exchange, Intune, Teams, and OneDrive.
Familiar with firewall, router, and switch network setup and configuration.
Experience in technical support in a multinational environment is preferred.
Proficient in the installation and maintenance of Windows/macOS operating systems and common office software.
