Description
  • Responsible for company helpdesk technical support, proficient in installing Windows/macOS systems.
  • Familiar with the M365 platform, Exchange, Intune, Teams, and Azure AD.
  • Proficient in common office network routing and switch configurations.
  • Able to communicate with employees in English and provide basic technical support.
  • Responsible for group asset management, device recovery and distribution during employee onboarding and offboarding.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferred in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Proficient in M365-related technologies, familiar with Exchange, Intune, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Familiar with firewall, router, and switch network setup and configuration.
  • Experience in technical support in a multinational environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in the installation and maintenance of Windows/macOS operating systems and common office software.
