Introduction

Work from ANYWHERE 

We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to provide Tier II and Tier III Help Desk Support to a wide range of clients. This is a direct permanent position placment at RDE Technologies. 

You will get to work with the latest technologies, and be able to work from home.

Duties & Responsibilities

Hours are  6:00am to 3:00pm local SAST time Monday - Thursday
Sunday 3:00pm to 11:30pm

Must speak fluent English

Should have the ability to take the lead and take ownership with cloud infrastructure, networking and Windows server projects, drawing from past experience

  • Microsoft Windows & Office technologies (Desktop, Server, Cloud)

  • Networks based on technologies like Aruba or Sonicwall

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Excellent English communication, both verbal and written skills required
     

  • IT Experience required
     

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
     
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
     
  • MSP Experiance Plus
  • Connectwise experiance plus

Package & Remuneration
