We are seeking a senior level Help Desk Technician to support our offices. This candidate will be responsible for help desk tickets, assisting in technology projects, and working with vendors to maintain a secure and well-functioning network. As part of a fast-growing company, this role offers the opportunity to help shape scalable IT processes and support infrastructure expansion across multiple locations.
