HELPDESK TECHNICIAN

Start Date: 09/01/2026

End Date: 06/30/2027

Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation starts at $46,020

Requirements:

Ability to lift IT equipment up to 60lbs

Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required

Ability to climb a ladder as needed

Personal vehicle and valid driver's license

Interpersonal skills communicating with staff and students in a professional manner, desired

Self-motivated to seek out answers to trouble shoot tickets and known issues, desired

Experience in K-12 educational institutions, desired

Ability to work independently, desired

Helpdesk experience, desired

Knowledge of Windows operating system environment, desired

Knowledge of MacOS and iOS operating systems, desired

Knowledge of ChromeOS and Chromebook hardware, desired

Knowledge of Local Area Network, desired
