ROLE PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to work helpdesk tickets, manage network peripherals to include installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and documentation. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Configures, installs, and upgrades, as necessary, software and hardware in new and existing computer workstations.
  2. Troubleshoots and resolves problems with end user hardware, operating systems, software applications and network connectivity.
  3. Works Helpdesk ticket request from staff.
  4. Updates the Support Desk with resolutions to reported problems.
  5. Works with the Senior Network Administrator on projects, as needed.
  6. Actively participates in all staff meetings in order to maintain awareness of organizational issues, promotional campaigns, stays current on policies, procedures, compliance and makes suggestions for improvement.
  7. Works to increase knowledge, technical skills and professional development through available internal and external sources.
  8. Works as a member of the Argent Credit Union team to ensure achievement of the credit union’s mission and goals.
  9. Maintains a professional work environment and businesslike appearance.
  10. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as deemed appropriate.

Hours 8:00am- 5:00pm
