We’re looking for a tech-savvy Helpdesk Technician who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys tackling a variety of technical challenges. If you have hands-on experience multitasking in a busy helpdesk setting, this is the perfect opportunity for you!


As a key member of our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our rapidly growing client base, delivering exceptional support and solutions in a managed services environment. You’ll work alongside experienced IT professionals to ensure seamless service to our valued clients.


What You'll Do:

  • Provide remote support for service requests involving workstations, servers, printers, networks, and a variety of vendor-specific hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with the ability to pivot when needed.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in an IT support role.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with managing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Experience managing and administering Active Directory, including user account management, group policies, security permissions, and access control.
