Role Overview:
The IT Support & Infrastructure Specialist will be the go-to resource for maintaining IT infrastructure, providing helpdesk support, and ensuring staff have the tools and technology they need to be as efficient as possible. This role requires a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations, focusing on end-user support, infrastructure management, and optimizing cloud and on-premises environments.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to grow with Swarm Aero.
