You’ll be a direct representative of our managed services team and will be assisting our customers with achieving their business technology goals through engineering excellence and professionalism.
The role:
· You’ll be providing customer technical support for hardware and software products
· You’ll work in a fast-paced help desk setting, crushing tickets and making happy customers
· You will configure and deploy Windows computers, setting up user profiles and applications
· You’ll work with several technologies and managed services tools
· You will learn a ton through experience and our in-house Watchkeep Ramp Program
· Familiarity with Windows installation procedures, file locations, registry properties
· Networking familiarity at the desktop level
· Desktop systems and application end user support (Windows 10, 11)
· Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communications skills
· Ability to lift 30 pounds
· Occasional local travel required, so a license and transportation is required
