TIAG is now hiring a Help Desk Technician to join our team full time at the Office of Naval Research in Arlington, VA. This is an onsite position, and requires an active Secret Clearance to be considered.
Position responsibilities include:
Provide support to end-users for PC, server of mainframe applications and hardware
Interacts with network services, software systems engineering and/or applications
Simulates or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties
Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems
Refers more complex problems to appropriate personnel
Contacts all customers of tickets that are unresolved after forty-eight (48) hours
Qualifications
Bachelor's and or 3-5 years experience
Experience with Active Directory, software installs, patching, VIP-level field support, and SIPR room support
Familiarity with MS Office products.
Familiarity with Remedy and Service now is a plus
Prior experience supporting Department of Navy, DoD or other federal government agencies is a plus.
