The Entry Level Part Time IT Support Technician provides day-to-day technical support to staff, including installing software, setting up equipment, and troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical users. Based in Zeeland, MI, the technician may occasionally travel to other company locations as needed.
