SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Respond to client support requests by phone, email, and remote tools.
- Troubleshoot common IT issues including login problems, email access, printer issues, and basic software/hardware errors.
- Document support tickets and steps taken to resolve issues.
- Assist with setting up and imaging corporate laptops using provided instructions and tools.
- Help process returns and exchanges of IT hardware (including coordinating shipments and tracking RMAs).
- Support basic user account tasks such as password resets and user access updates.
- Maintain organization of IT equipment and help with inventory tracking.
- Working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday with overtime available during projects if desired.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong interest in technology and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to manage time well.
- Some technical training or coursework in IT (degree, certificate, or self-study) is a plus.
- Experience with PC/laptop hardware or troubleshooting (even from personal use) is helpful.
