Our Deposit Support Services team is the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps deposit accounts and digital banking running smoothly. In this role you'll help branch staff and customers solve problems, keep accounts accurate and up to date, and make sure transactions go where they're supposed to. 

You don't need a banking background to start. We'll teach you the systems and the specifics. We're looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely helpful.


What you'll do

Help people. Answer calls, emails, and service requests from branch staff and customers, and get them clear answers in a reasonable timeframe.

Keep accounts accurate. Process address and account changes, statement updates and returned mail, and set up and renew certificates of deposit, including retirement and education savings accounts.

Handle transactions and exceptions. Work through returned items, holds, overdrafts, and other day-to-day exceptions following our procedures.

Support digital banking. Help customers and staff with online banking, mobile and ATM deposits, debit cards, and electronic transfers. Manage card inventory and ordering.

Watch for fraud. Learn to spot suspicious activity and trends and flag them to the right people.

Pitch in. Other tasks as the team needs them.


What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Office, and learning new systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A customer-first attitude with both coworkers and customers
  • Clear, friendly communication

Banking or financial services experience is a plus, but not required. If you're a quick learner who likes solving problems and helping people, we want to talk to you.
